A couple states in the past have had Wizard of Oz lottery scratch off tickets and now they've come to the buckeye state!!! Very exciting to see these in my home state. In addition to the designs shown there are a Tin Man, Wicked Witch with Dorothy & Glinda, and a Cowardly Lion.
