The Farnsworth Art Museum made an announcement in May for a forthcoming 'Wonderful World of Oz' Exhibition. Pieces on display are culled from the amazing collection of Willard Carroll. Willard Carroll and his collection have been featured on collector's shows, in magazines, documentaries including Memories of Oz, and the books 100 Years of Oz: A Century of Classic Images from The Wizard of Oz Collection of Willard Carroll by John Fricke, All Things Oz: The Wonder, Wit, and Wisdom From The Wizard of Oz edited by Linda Sunshine, and I, Toto: The Autobiography of Terry the Dog who was Toto by Willard Carroll. A new edition of I, Toto will be released September 17.
And coming October 2013 from Down East Books to coincide with the exhibition:
The Wonderful World of Oz: An Illustrated History of the American Classic by John Fricke. Revised cover is shown below.

The Farnsworth Exhibition starts October 12 2013 and runs through Spring 2014.
